Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley is a single player simulation game. Hiking your way through the mountains one day, you become caught in an unexpected snowstorm, and find shelter with the help of a faint voice. When you awaken, you find and help a kindly Harvest Sprite buried under the snow, who tells you all of the seasons in the valley have vanished except for winter. To return all 4 seasons to the valley, you'll need the help of the villagers, the Harvest Sprites, the Harvest Goddess, and even the King of the Underworld
Dig down into the earth to create caves or stack the earth high to form mountains. Create fishing ponds and fields for crops, and build roads and bridges to reach and explore new areas.
Intuitive controls help streamline the work - simply approach an object or area in the game and the appropriate options will become available. Shaping your world has never been so easy!
In Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley, instead of visiting another town, the town comes to you! Travelling merchants and visitors appear regularly at your doorstep to befriend and purchase useful items from.
